Identification Requirements

All clients must present a valid, unexpired government‑issued photo ID at the time of service. Acceptable forms include:

Driver’s License
State ID
Passport
Military ID

Documents must be signed in the presence of the notary.

Document Readiness

All documents must be fully completed except signature fields before the appointment. If documents are incomplete, the appointment may be rescheduled and an additional travel fee may apply.

Travel Fees

Travel fees apply to all mobile appointments and are based on distance from Stonecrest, GA. Travel fees are non‑refundable once travel has begun.

Standard Travel Zones

0–10 miles: $20
11–20 miles: $25
21–30 miles: $35
31–40 miles: $45
41–50 miles: $55
50+ miles: Quote provided based on location

Same‑Day / Rush Travel Fees

Same‑Day Mobile Travel: $55
After‑Hours (after 7 PM): +$10
Weekend Travel (Sat–Sun): +$10
Holiday Travel: +$20

Additional Travel‑Related Fees

Second Trip / Return Visit: $20
Extra Attempt (client not ready / missing ID): $10
Travel Fee Waived: $0 (only when noted in advance)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
If the notary has already begun travel, the travel fee is non‑refundable.
Missed appointments (no‑show) require full payment of travel fee and may require prepayment for rescheduling.
Field inspections canceled within 4 hours of the appointment may incur additional fees due to scheduling and travel requirements.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted forms of payment:

Cash
Card
Mobile payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, etc.)

Receipts are provided upon request.

Field Inspection Disclaimer CS Signing & Apostille provides visual, observational field inspections only. We do not estimate damages, determine property value, provide legal opinions, or guarantee occupancy. All reports reflect conditions observed at the time of inspection

Other Requirements, Policies and Conditions

Photo & Report Delivery Standard delivery is within 24–48 hours unless Rush Service is selected. Reports include photos and basic observations based on the scope requested.

Property Access Requirements Clients must ensure safe access to the property. If the inspector cannot access the location due to locked gates, unsafe conditions, or incorrect information, a return‑visit fee may apply

Weather & Safety Conditions Inspections may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe site conditions. Safety decisions are made at the inspector’s discretion.

Scope Limitations Field inspections are observational only. Inspectors do not move personal property, enter restricted areas, or perform tasks outside the requested scope.

Commercial & Insurance Client Policy Commercial, insurance, and real estate clients may be required to provide assignment details, property information, and any required forms before scheduling.

Service Confirmation All field inspections require confirmation of address, contact information, and access instructions prior to the appointment.
